I apologize ahead of time this is another post with out pictures so feel free to skip if you would like.
Hey guys so today I would like to talk about something that happens to everyone including myself (I'm going through it right now in fact) and you may be too. Some times things in life don't go how we expect or want to and some times many stressful or bad things can happen at once. These are my general knowledge advice to give to you I write this also to help myself because seeing is believing, right?
1. High stress: Whether it is because of a job or just life in general. Whether it is big or small. It can be stressful. In moments like those it is good to just take deep breaths or even step away if you can. Stress although never really seen as a good thing can be it pushes us to grow and get out of our comfort zone. Don't get me wrong though it isn't welcomed it's what adds year to our age before we have even lived them.
2. Death: this is not a subject that anyone likes to talk about, but it does happen, and when it does allow yourself to grieve (this is were I struggle) cry, get mad (not to mad though no one needs to get in trouble) but its okay that's normal don't bottle it in (take it from someone who bottles everything in.) Ask for yelp, talk to someone what ever you need to do to benefit you and those around you.
3. To much to little: This is the most depressing part of my entire post its also the cold, hard, tone-it-out truth. Life doesn't stop. Not for a second not even a minute. Life is unpredictable no one has control over everything in fact we have so little control over everything. If you are like me and you bottle it in the slightest thing will make a hole in the bucket of life and from there it is a break down which typically isn't pretty.
Sorry guys this post had to be done I hope you understand. I also hope it helps if anyone has trouble I know they aren't like super helpful tips but more of the truth but sometimes that s what we need to hear. Until next time. Rey
